New Digital Driver Licence
FRSC has introduced the National Digital Driver Licence.This is the digital Version of the card issued through the Driver Licence Portal. The digital licence is available as a mobile app.
Driver Licence Process
- Complete the driver's licence application form online.
- Visit VIO for driving test.
- Pay the licence fee online or at the Bank.
- Confirm payment at state BIR Office.
- Proceed to the FRSC Officer at the DLX for biometric data capture.
- Visit your DLC/MLA/VIO and present your application form.
